In order for us to create awesome case studies, we need you to introduce us to your clients via email. This is easy, and we even have some templates for you to use!
We’ll take care of the interview scheduling, client research, story planning and content creation. And you’ll have new case studies to promote each quarter!

Case Study service FAQs
GoWP’s Case Study Service is a done-for-you service.
It’s important to note the first steps are crucial to a successful delivery.
Those steps are:
- A Kick-Off Call with GoWP’s Digital Content Producer
- Sharing important information regarding your client
(analysis results, KPIs, anecdotes, etc.) - Introducing your client (via email) to the GoWP Digital Content Producer
Then, we’ll take it from there!
Our team will:
- Research your client
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Plan and write two case studies per quarter
(delivered in PDF and as copy to publish on your site) - Prepare newsletter copy for promotion to your list
- Prepare testimonial pull quotes to be used across your site
- Social media post copy
- Design images that include pull quotes and can be used on social media
This service is $1500 per quarter and includes everything listed above.
When selecting your case study subjects, there are so many possibilities. Consider clients who use services you want to promote, have compelling stories, or clients who’ve had awesome outcomes by working with you.
Also, consider clients with a large audience. Case studies may attract more viewers if they spotlight well-known clients.

It depends mostly on introductions and scheduling. With this service, we will deliver two case studies each quarter.
Absolutely!
In fact, during your kick-off call, we’ll collect 5 – 10 client names and background information. Each month, we’ll continue working the list of clients as you’ve prioritized. You can add or remove clients from your list at any time, as long as we have not started working with that client on a case study.
We’ll rely on you to:
- Attend a kick-off call with our Digital Content Producer.
- Provide 5 – 10 client names with service details.
- Make the introduction between Digital Content Producer and your client
(A quick email is fine). - Provide your brand colors and design guidelines.
GoWP has crafted a reliable process to develop and publish attractive and informative case studies. We’ll use the same research methods and story planning to create effective case studies for you! Our team will follow your branding guidelines (colors, fonts) to produce the final case study product.
We will provide you with a formatted Google doc along with images to use for the case study on your site.
We also have some templates you can use to upload the case study to your site as you see fit. If you need help with this, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help!
At this time, our case study service does not include video testimonials or footage. Let us know if you’re interested in including a video testimonial with your case study.
